How does the Powerland service desk work?

Report a fault by phone or email. Powerland assesses every report on urgency and priority. Where possible, the issue is resolved remotely via the my.powerland platform: diagnosis, reset or firmware update. Is an on-site intervention required? Powerland will schedule a technician visit. Need shorter service response times? Our sales team offers a tailored solution.
