1. What is the Cookie Policy?

This cookie policy ("Cookie Policy") governs the use of cookies and similar technologies as part of your use of our website (the "Website") and the associated services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Services"). This processing is carried out by Group Vandotec nv as the data controller, with registered office at Nijverheidsstraat 49, 8970 Poperinge, Belgium ("we", "us"), registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE0417 923 411, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, hereinafter referred to as Powerland.

2. What is the purpose of this policy?

By continuing to use our Website and/or Services or by agreeing after being informed of the use of cookies and similar technologies, you acknowledge that you have carefully read this Cookie Policy and that you agree to it without reservation. As set out in this Cookie Policy, you may change your cookie preferences at any time.

3. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on the hard drive of a device and contain certain information, sometimes including personal data. When you use our Website and/or Services, we also collect and process other personal information beyond cookies and similar technologies. If you would like to learn more, please read our Privacy Policy.

4. Changes

We reserve the right to amend, supplement or replace this Cookie Policy from time to time. Such changes, additions or replacements will be brought to your attention via our Website and/or Services. If you do not agree with these changes, additions or replacements, we ask you to send an email to info@powerland.be. If we have not received such notification within three (3) working days after the changes, additions or replacements have been communicated to you via our Website or Services, you will be deemed to have accepted all changes, additions or replacements.

5. Which cookies do we use?

When you visit and/or use our Website, we place cookies or use similar technologies to collect and process personal data about you. We use applications such as cookies to optimise the content of our website to your usage preferences, to provide social media features and to optimise website traffic. For this purpose, we use temporary and permanent first-party and third-party cookies.

In addition, we use Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to track which services interest you, as well as for remarketing purposes: the cookies in combination with the Google network allow us to show you advertisements on other websites for services that may be of interest to you.

Leadinfo

We also use Leadinfo B.V. (Rotterdam, the Netherlands), a lead generation service that identifies business visits to our website based on IP addresses. For this purpose, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies on your device: _li_id, which is retained for two years and identifies returning business visitors, and _li_ses, a session cookie that is only active during the current browser session.

More information about Leadinfo and their privacy policy is available at www.leadinfo.com. You can opt out of Leadinfo via the opt-out page: www.leadinfo.com/en/opt-out.

HubSpot

We use HubSpot (HubSpot Inc. / HubSpot Ireland Limited) for the management of contact data and the follow-up of form submissions. In addition, HubSpot places tracking cookies to analyse website visits. These tracking cookies are only activated after your consent via the cookie banner.

HubSpot places the following cookies: __hssc (30 minutes), which counts sessions and page views; __hssrc (session), which detects whether the session has been restarted; __hstc (13 months), for unique visitor identification; and hubspotutk (13 months), which assigns a unique ID to the visitor.

6. How long do cookies remain on my device?

Most cookies disappear when you close your browser; others remain for a few days to several years. You have the option to delete all cookies via your browser at any time.

7. I do not want cookies

You can prevent cookies from being placed or delete cookies that have already been placed by adjusting your browser settings. Help with adjusting these settings can be found on the website of the browser you use. Please note that not allowing cookies when visiting the website may cause some or all features of the Website to not function properly.

8. I have questions or comments

If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you are free to file a complaint with the competent data protection authority, the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
