From four to twelve charging points
The first phase consisted of two dual AC charging stations. In 2023, Powerland added four Etrel Inch DUO stations, each with two sockets. This expanded the installation from four to twelve AC charging points, with a nominal power rating of 22 kW per point.
Cabling and groundwork
Powerland carried out the power and communication cabling and the groundwork for the charging installation. The expansion included trenches, spare conduits and concrete bases, as well as reinstatement of the kerbs.
The expanded installation was inspected on 21 September 2023 and found to be compliant.
Control and management
Load balancing distributes the available power across the charging points. The installation is connected to the Powerland platform for management and monitoring.
